This is the photo as it's healthy:
http://photo.xuite.net/isaiah.ck7/3784591/3.jpg

I find its appetite is bad lately.
Then I see some bloody spots in its body.
Serahania, bacterial diseases, microbial disease or red disease?

You can see other photo in the album.

Please save it!!
Tell me why it's sick and what treatment to do.
Thank you very much!!

don´t worry, your crayfish is fine - those are small melanisation cues frequently found in wild caught crayfish and pose no risk to your cray, nor are indicative of any disease.

they will most likely vanish with the next molt - provided your crayfish is otherwise healthy and you offer him good living conditions (i.e. enough substrate to burrow, low light intensity, diverse diet)

Hi, thank you very much!!
I also guess it's Burn spot disease.
Maybe caused by mold, like Fusarium sp.
It seems to be no known methods of treatment or control.
The disease let my 4 cambarus die.
Do you have any suggestions?
What medicine?
Thanks.

Hi,

would you like to show us a picture of the tank you kept it in.
How long did you have this crays. Your colourmorph should be more blue and red,
it´s really pale for this colourmorph and please don´t laugh but I instantly thought about a sunburn when I saw it.
Maybe it got exposed to too much light, this species usually lives most of the time in tunnels that it diggs in humid ground/earth with a high level of groundwater.
So it probably built up this melanin to protect its skin like we do.
Or it´s just stressed because it hasn´t got the opportunity to digg tunnels and hide in there, I guess they´re more sort of amphibious than aqatic.
But this is just a suggestion.

Thanks again.
I'll photograph my tank later.
But I find a question.
I put my cambarus in isolation Box originally.
They're healthy.
Then I let them leave isolation Box to tank some time.
And they're sick later.
I think if mold are on my sands.
They accrete on my cambarus's shell as crayfishes walk on the sands.
Let them sick and their appetite are bad.
Finally they die.
hemorrhagic septicemia (blood spots without sign of skin damage)?

I'll buy API API PIMAFIX and FUNGUS CURE.
Or may you introduce some medications to my crayfishes?
